Le Musèe des Arts Forains
This is one of the more obscure attractions in Paris, located at 53 Avenue Des Terroirs in Paris is effectively a working fairground museum.
The rooms are filled with giant, breathtaking rides that still operate. Yes that’s what every museum should be like.
On trip-advisor it was described as: “Impressive, funny, old-fashioned, and very poetic.”
It’s a unique and intriguing attraction that people of all ages would enjoy, it’s one of those attractions that your friends will be jealous of your experience.
Calling all foodies
Beside the sites there is one more important aspect of travelling and that’s food. Going away and trying different cuisines is what makes the experience and that includes whether you love or hate it.
Baguettes… maybe a stereotype nevertheless they make a great sarnie. It’s a fulfilling sandwich and an effective lightsaber, calling all you immature students out there.
Croissants, the buttery and flaky pastry that makes you drool. You can even get them with chocolate or you could go with the butter and jam combo. You’ve got yourself a mid- morning snack, a breakfast or an appetiser- whatever you want to call it. There is no need to justify the craving for a croissant.
For the more mature palettes out there, there are olives, snails and frog legs. Yes olives come in that category, slimy, green and off putting. Yes, yes that is an olive.
However to those who try them, fair play. You are a food connoisseur. Let us know your perspective. Am I being too judgmental? Is green food worth it?
